  • Why volunteer
  1. Volunteer

Why volunteer

Give a little, gain a lot.

People choose to volunteer for a variety of reasons. For some it offers the chance to give something back and/or make a difference. For others it provides not only that but an opportunity to develop new skills or build on existing experience and knowledge.

Some of the things that volunteering can do for you – give your CV a boost and potentially get you a job, improve your confidence, increase your independence, make new friends and learn new skills.

We have vacancies for volunteers at our shops.  We are currently updating how we recruit and manage volunteers at our rehoming centre. If you would like to volunteer at the centre please check our website regularly where we will be advertising all our current vacancies. Thank you.
