We held our first ever Firewalk on the 12th March to raise vital funds to help keep our re-homing centre going! As you know we are purely self funded and receive no government support so we rely heavily on fundraising events like this to boost our income.

The Firewalk took place at Skipton Rugby Club and was full of nervous and excited participants ready to take on a new challenge! The Fire was lit by our lovely founder Sara and support and training was given out by Firewalk UK who specialise in corporate and charity fire and glass walking events.

Jo Beverely one of our fundraisers and main organiser of the event said "The Firewalk was something different to try, and thankfully it wasn't called off due to the wind! Everyone who came said how much they enjoyed it so who knows we might look at doing another in the future".

For all our other upcoming fundraising events please have a look on our website and watch out for announcements on social media. Any fundraising support we receive makes a huge difference to us and enables us to keep saving the lives of unwanted cats and kittens in the area.
