Opportunities and volunteering

At Yorkshire Cat Rescue we welcome volunteers from all walks of life. We need to know a little more about you to select the right role for you and give you the support you may need.

Yorkshire Cat Rescue welcomes volunteer applicants who bring a varied range of skills and abilities to the charity. We aim to create a positive environment that enables all volunteers to realise their full potential.

Yorkshire Cat Rescue is committed to the fair treatment of its volunteers, regardless of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, responsibilities for dependants, age, physical/mental disability or offending background.

Some roles at Yorkshire Cat Rescue will require that we obtain a DBS check. Having a conviction will not necessarily stop you from volunteering, but will need to be taken into consideration when assessing your suitability for certain roles.
