If the cat is, or has been, a stray, please tell us a little bit more about the cat’s appearance so we can check our database of lost cats in case the cat has an owner that is looking for them. You do not need to fill these in if you are wanting to re-home an owned cat. Just jump to the section about you and your details ’ A little about you’.
If the cat is (e.g.) predominantly black with bits of white, choose "Black and White". If it predominantly white with bits of black, choose "White and Black"
If we have a place for the cat we will offer you that place by phoning you. Please give us a phone number that we can reach you within our opening times. You can leave more than one phone contact number.
We would appreciate it if you tell us if you no longer need to be on our waiting list once you have submitted this form. If we don’t hear from you to that effect, we’ll assume you continue to need a place and we will contact you once your name is at the top of the list and a place becomes available. We will also send you information to help you rehome the cat directly which may ensure the cat is in a new home quicker and easier. Thank you.
