As with most other charities, we rely heavily on volunteers, individuals who give their free time to help us.
Volunteers play a huge part in the success of the charity, and volunteering itself also has many benefits. It can help you make friends, it can improve your job prospects, it can increase your independence and lots of other things as well.
We have lots of vacancies for volunteers, at our centre or shop, in your own home or out and about in the community.
